Editor's note: David Albright's claim that Iran could convert its enriched uranium stockpile to weapons grade in a clandestine facility is wilfully misleading in ignoring the fact that any diversion of nuclear material to weapons' grade would be detected by the IAEA inspectors, as acknowledged by Pentagon spokesman, George Little, in December 2011. All IAEA's reports to date have confirmed the non-diversion of nuclear material in Iran.
